Western Hub - Saskatoon

As the Saskatchewan office and Western Hub, Youth Launch is a youth leadership development program based out of Nutana Collegiate in Saskatoon. One of Youth Launch's specialties is providing facilitator training to young people so that, with the support of adults, they can plan and lead their own meetings, projects, and conferences to address their issues. Youth Launch delivers in excess of 100 workshops a year across Saskatchewan, reaching thousands of youth.

Central Hub - Toronto

The central hub supports the Students Commission of Canada and Centre of Excellence for Youth Engagement as well as partner organizations in the administration and coordination of national programs and research projects. The central hub also takes the lead on Ontario-based projects supporting provincial organizations and partners. Finally, the office located in Toronto, supports young people in putting their ideas into action: supporting weekly youth group meetings and other Toronto-based youth serving organizations. Check out our current projects to see which projects we're putting into action now!!!

Eastern Hub - Fredericton

We are thrilled that the new hub in Eastern Canada will be providing a link for our Atlantic partners and the young people who live there. Hosted at St. Thomas University within the Centre for Research on Youth at Risk, the team specializes in linking University students to engage high school students and in working with young people experiencing difficulties with the law. They are about to launch the CRYARS/Youth Matters website at St. Thomas. We welcome team leaders Dr. Susan Reid and Kyle MacNevin!

National Conference of Child and Youth Advocates a tremendous success: Over 100 delegates and guests joined the Child and Youth Advocate in Fredericton, September 19-22, at the National Conference of the Canadian Council of Child and Youth Advocates. Learn more...
