Q: How did you hear about the Students Commission?

A: I heard about it through my parents. I have a relative who works at the Students Commission.

Q: What skills did you have when you started at the Students Commission that were useful to have?

A: Having computer skills were useful. I know how to use Microsoft word, excel, and of course the Internet.

Q: What activities/projects have you done at the Students Commission?

A: I did data entry, office decoration, survey data entry, photocopying and shredding papers.

Q: What are some projects that you have done at the Students Commission that you really enjoyed?

I really liked shredding the papers. Shredding was fun.

Q: What are some projects that you have done at the Students Commission where you learned the most?

A: I learned the most by doing data entry because I had to use excel and become more efficient at excel.

Q: How long is your co-op at Students Commission?

A: I started in October and I’ll end in June. I come in once a week for a full day.

Q: What are some cool experiences you had with the Students Commission?

A: We went to a tobacco conference (the Toronto Tobacco Control Area Network (TCAN) meeting) and that was an interesting experience. Also just coming down here and going to a co-op is a cool thing.
