YMCA Canada - Youth Engagement
We are currently supporting the national federation of YMCA's in their Young Leaders Initiative. A project that works to incorporate young adult staff and volunteers from Associations across the country into the federation's decision-making/governance structures. In May 2011, we supported YMCA Canada's annual general meeting at YMCA Geneva Park coordinating YMCA Canada's Young Leaders Forum. Throughout the year, we work to support and sustain young adult engagement through bi-weekly conference calls and sub-committees focused on issues relevant to the young leaders.
